Competent Person Packages
Reg 7 MHSAWR 1999 requires all businesses to appoint a competent person to assist them with health and safety matters. Appoint Psafe as your competent person, to ensure compliance with the law.

A competent person is someone who has sufficient training and the correct knowledge in order to assist your team properly with health and safety.

Regulation 7 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 requires all businesses to have access to a competent person.

If your business does not have access to a competent person the penalties for not complying with Workplace Health and Safety laws can be very serious. Failure to appoint a competent person can lead to prosecution and unlimited fines.

Are you studying NEBOSH? Within our friendly and relaxed training room setting, you are invited to attend both interactive group and one to one study sessions, headed up by our NEBOSH Tutor Rick Theaker CMIOSH.
Site inspections
Site inspections offer peace of mind on a site for both contractor and client, we will inspect your site, produce a detailed report, and can assist with closeout if contracted. Vulnerable elements on site include scaffolding. We can conduct an independent inspection of this and produce a report for this also. The report will exist alongside the statutory inspection conducted by the contractor.
